The Federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) went into effect January 1, 2024. Every business, unless an exemption applies, will need to submit a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report to the U.S. Treasury. Attorneys Steven Migala and Frank Portera with Lavelle Law will present what is required and when it is due.
